Service Management Show 2008 - Metrix 5 Arrives

SME 2008 proved to be an excellent event for FSM.

In a prominent position just inside the entrance and opposite 360’s magnificent pirate ship the scene was set for two days of demonstrations, evaluations, discussions and wishful thoughts of a foot massage - (being desk jockeys we’re not used to standing up for two whole days!). The show did not disappoint - like the pirates opposite we had treasures of our own - Metrix 5 and Metrix Mobile, an end-to-end solution with looks to die for and functionality that would make a Swiss army knife green with envy!

So after two days of demonstrations and personal risk due to RSI from constant mouse use - what was the verdict?

Well it’s a tot of rum all round for the team as the feedback during the show was great - Metrix 5 (first time at the show) was perceived as being intuitive, graphically superior and with no compromise on functionality. Visitors also stated that Metrix Mobile was far and away the best fully integrated mobile solution from any of the vendors present at the show - who are we to argue!

So we head South from SME 2008 laden with our treasure (a large file of lead sheets) and look forward to following up with you later over the coming months.
