Customer day Jan 31st 2008.

Holding the customer day on Jan 31st ensured that for many of our visitors the day started with an unprecedented Adrenalin rush!

Having organised the day well in advance who could have foreseen the violent weather that greeted us in the morning - so well done to everyone for managing to reach customer day for a timely start. Special mentions go to colleagues from Mainland Europe who had two endure - not one - but two aborted landings at Luton Airport and then a diversion to Stanstead and taxi ride to Luton, and the attendees from Scotland who also had to endure an aborted landing at Luton (managed to get down 2nd time though)!
